When you use this website, we may collect your name, work email address, city or municipality name, and any information you voluntarily provide through the contact form or chat widget. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through Cloudflare's edge infrastructure.
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether SMOP is a fit for your municipality. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the service (Cloudflare for hosting, Google Analytics for aggregate traffic analysis).
The chat widget on this site is powered by Cloudflare Workers AI. Conversation messages are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers. Session history is held in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared automatically when you close the tab.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, referral sources, geography). This data is anonymised and does not identify individual visitors. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site uses minimal cookies: a theme preference cookie (stored locally, never sent to our servers) and Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid). No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to manage the customer relationship. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
